In July of 2008, the Resident Advisory Council of Cross Oak Ranch met with members of the Cross Oak Ranch Homeowners Association, RTI/CMA, Marlin Atlantis, and a representative of the Builders at Cross Oak Ranch to official recognize the communities first council of independent residents who are working together to better the community.
