Thank you Don for adding an email blast to renters now. The 4th turned out GREAT, but I think we need to do more with 'advertising' events with more time ahead of it and in more ways.

Yes!! i was thinking having a information flyer to hand out as residents sign in for the event and maybe having a person from each group there to talk about the groups..its just an idea...I will be happy to help as much as i can with the flyers and handing them out...

Communications Committee: I need your help getting the word out and supporting the event on Saturday.
MomofTwo put up the Front Page story (THANKS!), but I haven't heard back from any Committee members.
Flowers, Food, Fun, Jump House, Splash Park...great ingredients for a great event. I have sent email blasts, made custom signs, knocked on doors, stopped and talked in up in the street. And I am not done!!!
So, what can YOU do? Talk it up, knock on doors, invite your neighbors. People have conflicts, so I understand that not everyone can make it. Which makes it all the more important that everyone that can, make the effort to be there at 9:00am. Thanks in advance for your support.

I resent to the Communications Committee the Email Blast that I sent out before the Garage Sale. Was it received?

It's my assertion that we can have as many events as we want (excluding those using HOA funds) so it all depends on the scope of them. I'm a proponent of having weekend block parties through out the neighborhood perhaps at the block captains or some other volunteers home or a vacant lot. Thoughts anyone?
