Ed Griffin, the association manager representative for RTI/Community Management Associates in Plano Texas has responded in a very demeaning way, while removing the resident from being a part of the new "all inclusive" hand picked "Resident Advisory Council" which was formed to attempt to overthrow the Council currently in place.
In an email obtained by MyCrossOakRanch.Com - Ed Griffen failed to respond to demands that a resident recieve an explination as to why she was told that there was a resident threatening to "Shoot their way into the pool" along with allegations that this resident had threatened to "Kill his whole family and everyone on his street" as justification for the hiring of Oak Point Police to guard the only remaining amenity in Cross Oak Ranch. Instead, Ed Griffen replys to both the resident, and Barry Turner, the HOA appointed representative to replace already elected RAC President Earl Sanders saying only "Barry, I do not think this woman would be a contructive element on our new visionary Board".
We have posted the email in our forums for ALL RESIDENTS TO READ and determine for themselves whether or not this is a company that is working WITH the residents, being open, honest, and ALL INCLUSIVE! Instead, the manager is demeaning, and apparently does NOT want the help of residents serving on the council.
If you are upset with this, let your voice be known that you demand an RAC that inclusive to ALL residents in the communtiy. The RAC will be meeting FRIDAY NIGHT at 7pm at the home of Barry Turner. Those with access to the Resident Directory on the Cross Oak Ranch HOA website, can find the address there.
