The Cross Oak Ranch Pool is for use by residents and their guests only. It is a private pool maintained 3 times per week during the swimming season. Do not touch the skimmer baskets or life saving buoys. Emergency life saving instructions are posted in the pool area. In the case of an emergency, call 911 using one of the phones available for emergency calls. The pool address is 9009 Cross Oak Ranch Blvd., Crossroads, TX 76227.
The Pool Season:
Pool #1 May 19 – October 15
Pool #2 May 9 - October 15
Pool Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – Midnight
- Use the pool at your own risk. The owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries. There are no lifeguards on duty.
- Fitness/Pool Cards: first one is free. Replacement cards are $15.00 each.
- No alcoholic beverages allowed.
- No one under age 18 is allowed in pool area or fitness area without supervision.
- Any adult resident 18 and over is allowed to have two “non- resident” guests per visit.· No one should swim alone.
- No pets, under Texas Law, are allowed in public pool areas.
- No bicycles, roller skates or skateboards permitted in the pool area.
- No glass containers allowed in the pool area.
- CAUTION: Water in the pool is shallow! NO DIVING ALLOWED
- Please take care of all pool furniture and equipment.
- Please leave life-saving rings mounted on the wall, these are for emergency use only.
- Please clean tables and pick up trash before leaving.
- No running, tag games, “cannon-balling” or boisterous play of any kind permitted in the pool area.
- Radios must be kept at a level that does not disturb others in the pool area.
- Keep the pool gate closed. Do not prop the gate open (except for pool maintenance).
- No smoking in the pool area.
- No loud or excessive noise in the pool area. Profanity will not be tolerated.
- No climbing on the top of the tube slides, pushing, dangerous horseplay or other inappropriate behavior in the pool area.
- The pool is for Cross Oak Ranch resident use only. Due to recent overcrowding, a maximum of 4 guests are allowed per household per week. Residents must accompany guests at all times.
- Non-Residents using the pool may be charged with trespassing.
- You MUST have your pool key with you at all times. If you do not have your pool entry card, you will be asked to leave.
- Do not open the pool doors for anyone without a key. If your key does not work, do not enter the pool area, contact the HOA for a replacement or for reasons why your key has been disabled.
The Homeowners Association reserves the right to deny pool usage to anyone at anytime for breaking pool/neighborhood rules or causing pool vandalism.
