Developer; Elementary School To Open Fall 2010
Questions concerning whether or not Cross Oak Ranch will get it's Elementary School was put to rest Thursday Night when Marlin Atlantis Project Manager and Cross Oak Ranch HOA President Brian Birchfiel announced that DISD pleged that construction will begin, and the school will open in Fall of 2010.

HOA President Explains; Delinquent Dues = Foreclosure
HOA President Brian Birchfiel explained at the recent HOA Town Hall meeting on Thursday, November 13th, that they (the HOA) will take a stronger approach to ensuring assessments are collected.  In this clip from the meeting, Mr. Birchfiel explains that there is a "1-2-3" step process in collecting assessments, and the HOA will foreclose on delinquent properties.

HOA Holds "Town Hall" Meeting
HOA Meeting Cross Oak RanchRepresentatives from Marlin Atlantis, CMA, and Ryland Homes were on hand for thursday night's "Town Hall" meeting with residents. The first half of the program included introductions of the various members of the Cross Oak Ranch Board of Directors and HOA President Brian Birchfield, the "What the management company does for you!" slide show from CMA, and an introduction to Oak Point Police Chief Mike Shackleford with an update on the contract with the Mud Utility Districts and the city of Oak Point.

Movie, Music, And Fun Was Had By All

Special thanks go out to Mitchell and Family, "K" and Family, The Sanders Family, The Cornum Family, The Crawford Family, Little Elm Library, And ALL of the residents of Wagon Trail for helping make the night a success!
